Frequently Asked Questions about Go City San Diego All-Inclusive Pass and Pass Plus

What does consecutive mean?

Consecutive calendar days are days in a row, on a calendar.

Is my pass valid all day?

Yes, the pass is valid for a full calendar day, not a 24-hour period. That means your day of use ends at midnight, no matter what time you first activate the pass. To make the most of your Go City San Diego All-Inclusive Pass or Pass Plus, we recommend starting early and checking attraction hours in advance.

What else does the pass include?

You'll get a guidebook with detailed attraction descriptions, hours of operation, and a map to help plan your itinerary.

How do I activate my pass?

Simply visit your first attraction.

Does the Go San Diego Pass expire?

All-inclusive Passes are valid for the number of consecutive days that you purchased. Day 1 starts when you scan your pass at your first attraction and each 'day' of your pass finishes at midnight. This is the case regardless of what time of day you choose to scan your first attraction. Unused passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

How many attractions can I visit in one day?

With a Go San Diego Pass, you can visit as many attractions as you want for as long as the attractions are open and operating.

What is the age cut-off for child passes?

Child passes are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.

What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is canceled due to weather or other problems?

While Go City does its best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of their control. With a Go City San Diego Pass, you have many options. If an attraction is closed, you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook.
