Frequently Asked Questions about Go City Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass and Pass Plus

What is the difference between the All-Inclusive Pass and the Pass Plus?

The All-Inclusive Pass Plus includes everything in the standard All-Inclusive Pass plus 3 bonus attractions: Universal Studios Hollywood, San Diego Zoo, and LEGOLAND California.

Are the attractions open all year?

Some attractions may be seasonal, so Go City suggests checking each attraction's operating hours before visiting. Please note attractions on the list are subject to change or discontinue at any time. We highly suggest checking the Go City App for an updated list of participating attractions, as some attraction may be seasonal or no longer participate without notice.

Is my pass valid all day?

Yes, the pass is valid for a full calendar day, not a 24-hour period. We recommend starting early, so you can get the most out of each day.

How many attractions can I visit in one day?

On a Go Los Angeles Pass, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day. For the All-Inclusive Pass Plus, you can only visit LEGOLAND California and San Diego Zoo on different days.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

Each attraction can only be visited once per the duration of the pass.

What else does the pass include?

You'll get a guidebook with detailed attraction descriptions, hours of operation, and a map to help plan your itinerary.

How do I activate my Pass?

Simply visit your first attraction. Your pass will activate as soon as you scan it at your chosen attraction.

Does the Go Los Angeles Pass expire?

An All-Inclusive Pass will be valid for the number of days you purchased over a 14-day period. For example, if you have a 3-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining 2 days of your pass. Non-activated passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

What is the age cut-off for child Pass?

Child Passes are for children ages 3–12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.

What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is canceled due to weather or other issues?

Go City Los Angeles works hard to keep all attractions available, but some closures—due to weather or operational issues—may occur. The good news is your pass includes 40+ options, so if one attraction is unavailable, you’ll have plenty of great alternatives to choose from.

Do I need to make a reservation to visit the attractions?

Some attractions will require a reservation, which will be noted in your guidebook.
